The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ECHO* does not guarantee the accuracy of any tip, article, traffic update, or community note. Use information from the Service at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECHO* shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
